Tell us what you would like to have and we will do the rest for you.  We will take care of the shopping for you buying only fresh products.  Our Chef Hatthaya Janhirat will come to your place with his own utensils and cook the most amazing Thai dishes for you and your guests.

Tasting sessions:

We can arrange with you a free tasting session if you wish to have a better idea of what to expect if our chef catered for you. 

Special requirements:

We can tailor our menus to your special needs and desires. If you want more that our set up menus, please tell us what your preferences are and we will create a sample menu that we are certain you will enjoy.

If you are a vegetarian, we can adapt our dishes to your vegetarian needs. 

If you love your food hot and spicy or on the contrary are very sensitive to spicy dishes, we can also adapt our dishes to your taste.

If you have allergies to nuts or other, we can accommodate.

Remember that we are more than happy to advise you and help you to have an unforgettable meal cooked by our Thai Chef!!!

Chef fees:

Chef fees and Chef assistants' fees as well as all the ingredients necessary to prepare the meal are included in our prices.

Shopping:

You don't need to worry about going to the green grocer, butcher, fish market and supermarket. We will make this trip for you and make sure that the food we acquire for you is fresh and of the highest quality.

Crockery and Cutlery:

We can provide crockery and cutlery for small parties of up to 20 people.  Please note that we do not provide table glassware and table linen.

For bigger events and should you require anything else for your party, we can put you into contact with some catering hire companies by giving you their details or if you feel you don't have enough time to deal with it, we can arrange it for you at an additional charge.

Cooking utensils and equipment:

We will provide all the utensils and equipment necessary to prepare the meal at no extra cost for you.

Waiters:

We can provide you with Thai waiters and waitresses dressed in Thai style costumes. They will be paid at an hourly rate with a minimum of 5 hours worked + transport expenses.
