I am sorry that it has taken me nearly three weeks to write to you - my excuse is that I am still floating in happiness at what a gloriously happy and unforgettable day Kathie and Ben's wedding was. But it was the quality and presentation of Haya's food that was truly memorable and a highlight of the evening. Also, a huge thank you to you Cecile for your superb organisational and attention to details skills not only on the day, before and during dinner, but also in the months and weeks beforehand with your advice.
